"Upgrading again" quest suggests using the silky cloth on a shovel. Tinkers removed the shovel and uses the Mattock for it. Also there is no way to get farmland for Bottany pots

Describe the bug
The quest suggests using the reward silky cloths on a shovel which isn't possible as there are no tinkers shovels anymore. Maybe change the suggestion to a mattock?

Also, farmland has no recipe and silk touch does not work on it. It is one of the best dirt to grow plants on in the bottany pots so it would be nice to have a way to get it. Maybe a hoe + dirt in a crafting table?

Released in 1.0.5 (farmland is a QTC recipe for now - rushed it a bit to get the Log4J vulnerability patch in place too, so might revisit again in the future)
