Cannot open JEI Settings

Describe the bug
Cannot open JEI Settings. JEI doesn't see FTB Library as installed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open your inventory
- Press the wrench button at bottom right.
- Settings menu does not open and prints 'Install FTB Library to access ingame config' to chat.
Expected behavior
It should open settings menu because FTB Library is actually installed.

It was working when i installed first time. It was version 0.2.7. After an update not sure which one it broke. Also in the later versions of JEI FTB Library no longer needed. In later versions JEI uses Configured mod for opening ingame menu.
I've noticed this too but still haven't got to the bottom of it. When I get a chance to dig around some more, I'll take another look at what can be done to get it working. Thanks for letting me know.
The maintainer(s) of FTBLibrary renamed all of the namespaces for the GUI package in April this year. Even though FTBLibrary and JEI in this pack are both using the new namespace names JEI still can't see that FTBLib is installed. JEI isn't the only mod I've come across with this issue either but it is most popular mod I've ran into the issue with.
I manually installed configured-1.3.0-1.16.5 and jei-1.16.5-7.7.1.134 since I already had them downloaded to fix this issue in another modpack.
