Add crafting to creative items. For example, the creative crate requires players to use the crafting mod to make it. Force them to use the mod that corresponds to the creative item to make it.

I'll be adding recipes for a lot of the creative items. I will not, however, be adding quests for them as I don't want to take away the ability for beginners to 100% a pack if they want. This will allow more seasoned players to set their own goals to obtain creative items though, so hopefully this is a good middle-ground.
