[Feature]: Enchantment descriptions mod

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Lots of enchantments don't come with a description so you have no way to know what they actually do, this mod add A LOT of the missing ones, still not every book is covered so Wild still have homework, we don't want Wild having free time XD Im already using the mod on 2.0.9 and 0 crashes, for the moment...
