What happened?

Dark Enchanter's mod upgraded enchanting table does not benefit from bookshelves ( there is no discount). Tried so far with modded spruce bookshelves and vanilla oak bookshelves.
No effect.

Note: Even though oak bookshelves trigger the classic rune particles , they still do not provide the discount. Comparatively, spruce bookshelves didn't. So I guess that oak shelves are registered correctly but there's some other problem.

Dark Enchanter will get removed with 2.0.1.
