[Bug]: Mob Catcher Not Working

What happened?
Summery: The Mob Catcher Item from the mod Mob Catchers does not appear to work on the server or singleplayer worlds
Recreating:
- Acquire Mob catcher
- Right Click mob
- Nothing happens
- Don't profit
