Crosshair not showing up with Arcanus wands with the new version

Worked around upstream in DynamicCrosshair 1.2 by always showing a crosshair when holding a modded item. Sadly that is the best I can do for the time being, as I cannot generally differentiate between weapons, tools, and regular items.

Fixed in 2.0.9
