Custom NPC minecraft riders can disappear

Custom NPC minecart riders disappear. They remain on track and block minecarts.

I believe this is related to #1 but was not able to get confirmation from mod discord. This does not affect gameplay, only impacts a cut scene.

Work around: Since this does not affect gameplay. No need to do anything.

used no ai mobs instead of custom npcs
no longer care about this issue
