CustomNPCs can disappear and do not reappear until reload

A couple of reports that CustomNPCs suddenly disappear and do not reappear unless reload of game.

Probably related to the updated version of CustomNPCs

I will report bug to mod dev.

Work Around: Reload game and NPCs should reappear.

I have not been able to reproduce after 30 days of testing.
