we use the fork ExtraCells2 - SamLam140330's Fork, which as far as i can tell has the commit (ExtraCells/ExtraCells2@c6d05f7) fixing this.

During my gameplay, Gas Storage and Fluid Storage larger than 256K are not available
Version used: 2.19.3

Let me explain the meaning of this picture
The fluid storage stored here is 64K 256K 1024K 4096K respectively
I will place the Unending Bowl in the ME Fluid Terminal to achieve the purpose of filling Fluid Storage
As can be seen, only 64K and 256K Fluid Storage are filled
