Pearlescent Coralium Ore and Coralium Infused Stone are the sources of Coralium Pearls, the first generates naturally and has an Excavator vein and the second can be crafted.
The big difference is that Coralium Infused Stone can't be doubled in most pulverizing machines which means that the Redstone Furnace with an Augment: Flux Anodizers is the only option to get 2 Coralium Pearls from 1 Stone.
I suggest that both blocks can be processed in all machines to have more equality and options.

Machines which don't accept Coralium Infused Stone:
Crafting recipe with Thermal's Petrotheum Dust (yes not a machine but still Ore doubling)
Meka Enrichment Chamber
IE Crusher
Thermal Pulverizer (also + Augment: Tectonic Initiator)
AS Starlight Infuser
AA (Double) Crusher
EIO Sag Mills
XU2 Crusher
