Based on the number of times different ways of writing "Shift+Right Click" appear in the quest book (with different capitalization, usage of dashes, and usage of plusses), I have determined that Shift+Right Click is the intended way of writing it (in DJ2's style) and so here I provide a diff which changes every instance of it that's not written in that style to that style.
