Shattered Mystical Iron Crystal recipe with Mystical Iron Block doesn't work

Description
The Mystical Iron Ingot recipe works with the Creeper Statue and TNT but the Block recipe doesn't work with either, not in un-/claimed chunks and not in the Overworld or Void dim.
Steps to reproduce
Drop a Mystical Iron Block and activate a Creeper Statue or ignite TNT next to it.
Expected behavior
Works.
