The Too Many Efficiency Losses mod seems to be bugged on Lava Mills, so I'll just change it back to 1.0 multiplier, and Fire Mills a bit too good, probably 4.0 -> 2.0 will do the job.

Lava Mills do work, they just have to be in the Nether. Changed the Fire Mill multiplier to 2.0 from 4.0.
