Description

The new way of selecting options in EIO Conduits added a bug to the dmg option of Advanced (Big) Item Filters:
It has to be selected twice before closing the GUI for it to apply.
Also when selecting 2 different options the first is applied which means that for some reason it has to update again for the first change to get registered.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place an EIO Item Conduit next to an inventory and put an Advanced (Big) Item Filter into either the Insert or Extract slot,
  2. Select any dmg option once and close the GUI by either clicking on the arrow in the top left or by pressing E/Esc,
  3. Look in the Filter GUI again to see it not being applied,
  4. Select the same option twice, close the GUI and open it again to see it applied,
  5. Select 2 different options without closing the GUI, then close it, reopen it and see the first option applied.

Expected behavior

Dmg option being applied after selecting it once, mostly to reduce the questions in Discord.
