Describe the feature
Change the requirement for "Hop, skip, dust!" quest (Quest #871) to require 4 HOP Graphite Ingots instead of HOP Graphite Dust.
Reasons why this should be added
The squeezer recipe for HOP Ingots was changed from giving you the dust to giving you the ingot, so to make the dust for the quest, you need to make the ingot in the squeezer, crush it to dust for the quest, and then smelt it back to an ingot for further crafting.
