Describe the feature

The vanilla and Atum Bone Blocks can be converted to 9 Bone Meal but the Better Nether variant can't which means that all of them are trashed because they only have building block usages. This is quite frustrating when trying to craft e.g. Elemental Soil and having to trash half the Bone Blocks you find in the already - for the early game available tools - challenging Nether.

Reasons why this should be added

Equality for all mods because 2 Bone Block variants can be converted to Bone Meal but the 3rd can't and less frustrating exploration.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There's also a recipe for 4 vanilla Bone Blocks -> 4 Better Nether Bone Blocks, a recipe for the opposite could be added to craft 4 Better Nether Bone Blocks into 4 vanilla ones.
