Describe the feature

The ContentTweaker and MysticalAgriculture tier 6 Seeds don't have the "Tier X" tooltip which I'd like them to have:
Solar, Rock Crystal, Magnesium, Boron, Thorium, Peridot, Sapphire, Ruby, Chrome, Uranium and Tungsten.

Reasons why this should be added

Consistency and easier to find in JEI, rn you have to search for "seedstier6" - which is only seen when the advanced tooltips are enabled - to find them and not like with all others "tier: 6".
