Describe the feature

The quest description says that the area of the Mega Torch is a cylinder which isn't (or isn't anymore) the case, it's just a cube with a 64 blocks range like the Dread Lamp. The correct wording is in the Dread Lamp quest description so you can just copy it over and change the "passive mobs" to "hostile mobs".
