The description on how to build the most inefficient reactor is in the Cyanite quest, imo it should be either in the Reactor Casing quest where most other info is on the mod since it's the 1st quest for the reactor or in the Reactor Fuel/Control Rod quest because those blocks are affected by that tip.

Reasons why this should be added

People do the 5 quests for the reactor and then start building before reading the next quest. I know that the quest is unlocked and people could read it but they don't so it's probably better to have the info in the quests which people actually need to do to get the reactor running and not in the quest which people look at after having built one.
