Exact fix

It says "The advantages of Resonant tier is that you can apply Augments to the machine." which is wrong, it just has the most Augment slots but you can apply 1-3-5-7-9 Augments to the machines depending on the tier. Could reword it as e.g. "The advantage of Resonant tier machines is that you can apply up to 9 Augments to them."
