The second set of rewards for this quest, the Choice Reward, appears to be a choice between two identical empty Fluid Tanks. My guess is that these are intended to be a choice between two different fluids, but currently they're just both empty.

The quest now gives a full Ethanol or Plant Oil quest. Additionally, players just don't think turn to the next page in the rewards, so I removed the Iron Ore reward.
