Can't complete quests

Description
Hello! I played for a month with friends on the server and then no one played and I decided to move the world into singleplayer. Everything works fine, almost all progress is saved (I've completed some quests on the server and they were not saved) So when I try to complete quests (right now I'm Botania chapter), I can't. Looks like I don't have any items for completing. I tried to craft the item and even took it in creative mode, but nothing happens.
Steps to reproduce
- Craft the item
- Took from creative
- Broke the flower and put into the inventory again
Expected behavior
Quests book can't see the item in my inventory required for the quest. It has to see it

the steps to reproduce are not sufficient to reproduce this issue. it may be that your quest progress has become corrupted or broken (shut down while updating, disk space, etc), which would nessecate deleting the relevant files in the betterquesting folder of the save. otherwise, i do not know what the issue is and would need further information.
