Exact fix:
Should be "Storm, EARTH and Fire" (without the second comma), if the "earth" in caps is intended
So you mean, it is there that nobody thinks the list consists of "Storm" and "EARTH and Fire"? Makes sense... Still looks weird and I am very much not used to it... But maybe we just have different rules for that kind of list in Germany...
What does that mean? It can be there but doesn't have to be? If so, fine... I just think that if you list stuff and have an "and" before the last word, the comma looks weird...
its just a way of using a comma in a list it removes ambiguity, if there are other lists that arent consistant with this its probably worth making them the same
The current text with the comma is correct.

And having a list of things that don't end with an "and" sound incomplete to me. That's why the example sentence in Koishi's picture sounds very wrong to me...
