Using a Quark Soul Bead in the Erebus dimension spawns literally hundreds of Rainbours and almost nothing else

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enter Erebus
  2. Use Soul Bead
  3. Watch hundreds of rainbours spawn within your render distance

Expected behavior

More varied enemies should spawn like in the overworld

Can confirm, happend on my first play (2.16 or before I think)
