Steps to reproduce

1.Complete TC Research until "Thaumic Augmentation/Augmentation"
2.Attempt to create crystal in Thaumatorium
3.Can't create

Expected behavior

Can create crystal at this time.
I think we need to revise script prerequisite studies.
