"Shaping the world" quest does not recognize and accept the Biome focuses

Modpack version:
Latest (On 8/17/21 at 2:07 PM Central time)

Description:
The quest "Shaping the World" in chapter 21 is not accepting the Biome focuses even if they are correct.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the game / Start the modpack / Get into a world / Get to chapter 21
  2. Get the Biome focus items (Survival or Creative)
  3. Click Detect/Submit
  4. Quest doesn't complete

Expected behavior:
Quest recognizing the items and completing
