Description

Runic crafter doesn't work with ME interface below it if the interface isn't a full block. It doesn't pull the items from it.

Steps to reproduce

0 Get into a world
1 Place full block ME interface
2 In a different place put a cable and ME interface panel on it facing up
3 Place Runic Crafter on top of both interfaces, select recipe, place items in interfaces
4 Crafter above the full block interface will pull ingredients and right clicking it with knife will craft the item
5 Crafter above the interface panel will NOT pull ingredients and right clicking it with knife will NOT craft the item

Expected behavior

Runic crafter is able to pull ingredients from interface in both cases
