Exact fix:
Instead of having the "Phase" with a capital C, it should always be with a lower case c. And even if you want the Phase capitalized when there is a number behind it, there is on instance of a "Phase" that should be a "phase"
Personally, I would have them all with a lower case.

I assume you meant capital P not capital C, so I changed all occurences of "Phase" to lowercase, except the one at the start of a sentence.
