Description

The game will crash when exploring away from spwan within 2000 blocks. The world then becomes corupt and I need to reload from a back up. Has been repetabe as this has happened a few times now.

When did the crash happen?

When traveling in the overworld between 1000 and 2000 blocks from spawn, this has only happened in overworld I have been able to travel further in other dimensions Atum/Aether.

Steps to reproduce

Opening the current game file will it will crash on start up, if I reload from a back up it can be repreduced by travelling away from spawn.

Minecraft crash report

Log Above is from a crash on startup I do not have a crash log from the inital crash that caused coruption.

it seems crash caused corruption is right but travelling only 2k block never caused any problem to everyone else; some crashes are random and can not reproduce without any luck, even on same world, same conditions

I have been able to recreate the crash a few times now, here is a report from the crash that causes the corruption rather than the report when trying to get back into the world.

Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream

this can be caused from non-game problems like disk is full, do you have enough space on yours?

The particular issue faced here is the outcome of the game not saving properly - it occurs when the player logs in and loads an invalid chunk. there is no fix for this, the only way to resolve it is by restoring a backup. the "report from the crash that causes the corruption" is the same type of crash - player logged in and loads an invalid chunk.

Thanks, I loaded a back up and used MCA selector to delete all the chunks outside of my base. This has stopped the crashes from happening.
