Remove the recipes for the Mob Duplicator that take any higher machine frame than the Steel Frame from Mekanism

Describe the request:
Remove the recipes for the Mob Duplicator that take any higher machine frame than the Steel Frame from Mekanism.
Reasons why this should be removed:
It makes no sense to craft the Mob Duplicator out of a Thermal Machine Frame which, somewhere down the line, needs a Steel Frame from Mekanism. And I could easily just use said Steel Frame to craft the Mob Duplicator. And since there is no way to get a Thermal Machine Frame without going through the Steel Frame first (like UU Matter or something similar), using any frame higher than the Steel Frame makes no sense.
Describe alternatives you've considered:
You could also settle on a different machine frame to gate the Mob Duplicator further behind Mekanism and remove the recipes using the other machine frames.
