Description:
If you want to craft something that requires Menril Logs it might be the case that, if you have Enriched Menril Logs in your inventory, they are pulled into the crafting grid which prevents the craft. However, this only happens if the Enriched Menril Logs are in a slot prior to the normal Menril Logs since apparently, the "Move Items" function from JEI goes through the inventory from top to bottom and from left to right and takes any items that are viable for the craft.

Steps to reproduce:
Example on the recipe of the Materializer:

1. Put four Enriched Menril Logs, four Menril Logs, four Operation Processors and one Variable Store in your inventory.
2. Make sure that the normal Menril Logs are in any slot after the enriched ones (after means further right and/or further down in the inventory)
3. Attempt to craft the Materializer (which puts all the items into the crafting grid but takes the enriched logs instead of the normal ones)
4. Clear the crafting grid and put the normal Menril Logs before the enriched ones
5. Attempt to craft the Materializer again (which puts all the items into the crafting grid and lets you craft the Materializer)

Expected behavior:
The Enriched Menril Logs are not pulled into the crafting grid.

Additional context:
I have no idea why this happens. The recipe for the materializer specifically asks for normal Menril Logs. And even though they have the same ore dictionary, that is not what the recipe asks for. They even have different IDs.
