Quest "Better-y than a Capacitor" in chapter 12 doesn't require a full Double Battery

Description:
Even though the quest asks for a full Double Battery, you can also hand in an empty one and still get the quest.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Craft a Double Battery
  2. Complete the quest "Better-y than a Capacitor" in chapter 12

Expected behavior:
I expected that I had to charge the battery before handing in the quest.

Additional context:
If you don't want the player to have to charge the battery before handing it in, consider changing the icon of the required item to an uncharged battery.
