Change sentence about the Fusion Reactor in "Not framed: filtered" in chapter 13 as there is no Fusion Reactor

Describe the request:
Remove the part talking about the Fusion Reactor in the quest "Not framed: filtered" in chapter 13.

Reasons why this should be added:
There is no Mekanism: Generators and therefore no Fusion Reactor (sadly)

Describe alternatives you've considered:
You can replace the part just with something about D-T Fuel

Correction
"... which is used in the creation of Deuterium, a fuel for the Fusion Reactor" -> "... which is used in the creation of Deuterium, an ingredient for D-T Fuel"

This is just a suggestion. Feel free to edit that however you want.
