Description:
Purifying bath salts can't be tossed into water to create purifying water. They just sit in the water and "break" like they were tossed in the world

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place a source block of water
  2. toss purifying bath salts into the water
  3. wait
  4. the salts with "break

Expected behavior:
The bath salts will be consumed turning the water into purifying water

Additional context:
If this is purposefully disabled, forcing use of the spa, the throwing in fluid recipe should be removed from JEI

I haven't changed the behaviour of Bath Salts, Water, Purifying Liquid and the Arcane Spa, so this is very much intended.

Nonetheless, I added a tooltip for the Bath Salts to use them in an Arcane Spa.
