Description:
When GP Powder is crafted with a molecular assembler the thermal conductor rod is fully consumed irregardless of durability.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Setup a basic me system
2. Craft GP powder in a molecular assembler
3. 1 FULL thermal conductor rod will be used

Expected behavior:
Only 1 of the thermal conductor rod's 800 durability should be used up.

Additional context:
It works fine in an external crafter like rftool's crafter. You may want to add a tool-tip to the thermal conductor rod telling people to not use it in ae2 autocrafting.

I thought they already had something about the rod being used up in molecular assemblers, right?

Nevermind, turns out it doesn't. Definitely something to add a tool-tip for, as you said.

Added a tooltip that the Thermal Conductor Rod has 800 durability, and the fact that it gets used up in AE2 autocrafting, so instead the player should use an external crafter.
