Description:
The videos show it better, but I have tried to mine few times with fortune III, and then with luck III, but seems they are not working, I'm always getting 1 ore per block. I have thought that I'm super unlucky because I probably have mine 50 blocks trying, and I always get 1 ore per block mined. Is the probability too low or there is something wrong with my game?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a vanilla diamong pickaxe, add fortune III and if you want auto-smelt.
2. Create a pickaxe with tinkers and add lapis to get Luck III
3. Go mine anything
4. Seem is not duplicating the drops, I only get 1 ore per block.

Expected behavior:
My idea and for what I have read https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Fortune is that I should get 2 ores of iron per block, but in the video we can see I only get 1 ore per block. It seems like a bug, no? Or I'm doing something wrong?

My mistake, thought that it should duplicate any ore, but seems it was a problem of understanding from my side.
