Description:
The arborial extractor quest wants a specific nbt value which is not the one the player gets when crafting (its possible to complete the quest by placing it on a ceiling then breaking it)

This also happens in the resonant energy cell quest (in this case the quest cell is facing west)

Corrected in the latest push.
