[Known Issue] Tipis generate in Villages even though B:enableVillageTipi is set to false

Description:
Even though the Bed recipe is a gated, Tipis still generate in Villages, which the player can sleep in.
I have reported it to the Totemic mod author already: TeamTotemic/Totemic#113
The reason this can't be fixed:
The setting in config/totemic.cfg doesn't work:
Workaround:
You get a free bed! Yay!
