Add "Clumps" mod

Modpack version:
2.6.0
Describe the request:
Add the mod "Clumps" (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/clumps)
Reasons why this should be added:
On our private server there's been a considerable amount of lag due to large quantity of XP orbs, Clumps would help solve that
Describe alternatives you've considered:
In case it doesn't get added, It would be possible to add more XP vacuums or similar

Here's a screenshot of those XP orbs

The xp orbs caused more lag than the lingering potion effects, there are a lot of orbs hidden behind the lingering potion effects
(though the effects definitely didn't help the tps either)
By the time you make automated mob farms, shouldn't you already have an XP obelisk and be able to make an Insightful Condenser? But nonetheless, I like the idea and honestly thought that something like this was already in the pack.

Before the incident we had a absorption hopper connected to an XP obelisk. The absorption hopper isn't fast enough as we found out then.
