Description:
In the description tab of JEI in diamonds, there is a description saying
"Test description
Fancy"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open uses of diamonds
2. Skip to the description tab

Expected behavior:
I didn't expect this to be here (anymore). I would guess this is a relic of when you were setting up descriptions for items

I didn't add this and I have no idea what's adding it. I checked the JEI settings, couldn't find it there, and CraftTweaker can't remove it: https://docs.blamejared.com/1.12/en/Mods/JEI/JEI/ (only add it with the addDescription method).
