Add conversion between dense and non-dense ME cables via crafting recipes

Modpack version:
2.7.0

Describe the request:
Simply add crafting recipes to turn ME dense cables into ME cables and vice versa.

Reasons why this should be changed:
Crafting cables is a hassle when there isn't a way to convert between dense and non-dense at all, and being locked in to your decision (either dense or non-dense) after making smart cables is even more so. The recipes would be:

1x ME Dense Covered Cable - Fluix = 4x ME Covered Cable - Fluix
1x ME Dense Smart Cable - Fluix = 4x ME Smart Cable - Fluix
4x ME Smart Cable - Fluix = 1x ME Dense Smart Cable

Describe alternatives you've considered:
Add another (non-crafting table) method of converting between dense and non-dense cables

Additional context:
N/A

It shouldn't really be a hassle as long as you're fine with having a few extra cables in your ME system (you should be).
Though, adding the recipes doesn't hurt (though I'd be mean and not have the dense -> 4x smart recipe since that's a cheaper recipe than making the 4 cables smart individually)

Added the recipes my way, you need some extra Redstone and Glowstone in one craft, just so material costs are consistent. Also added the Conduit coversion recipe. All in 2.8.0: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/divine-journey-2/files/3493170

I'll add them, with the exception of the following:

If you craft Smart Cables using the steps:

  1. Craft 4 Covered Cables
  2. Turn them into Dense Covered Cables
  3. Turn them into Dense Smart Cables
  4. With the new recipe, craft them into 4 Smart Cables

Then you reduce the Redstone + Glowstone cost to 1 instead of 4, as opposed to crafting them the current way, which is:

  1. Craft 4 Covered Cables
  2. Turn them into 4 Smart Cables

So I'll have to require 3 additional pieces of Redstone and Glowstone in the Dense Smart -> 4x Smart Cable conversion.

Couldn't you just make the dense smart cable recipe to just take four normal smart cables? This way you could just convert between the two easily.

And for the sake of consistency, would you add the recipe for the conduits as well? So one dense conduit -> four normal conduits?
