Lightningcraft recipes were nerfed too much

Modpack version:
2.8.0

Describe the request:
Revert the change to mystic ingot craft size (16 -> 8), and also divine underpowder (8 -> 2; or potentially to 4 with mystical iron back to 3, since that's close to the same thing).

Reasons why this should be changed:
The massive changes to the cost of lightningcraft recipes makes that portion of the pack go by too quickly. While it did take too much skyfather in the past, skyfather was the only real bottleneck in the recipe and the rest was okay. Even with the proposed changes, it's still 8x less crafts than it used to be - more than enough to make it not feel grindy anymore (provided someone has at least 2 tables set up).

Mystic ingots should be expensive and hard to craft. I believe the change made to this recipe was unnecessary, as it was never mystic ingots that were really the problem, and while large quantities are needed, you already craft 8 at a time which makes it not feel unreasonable in comparison to other things. (Tenebrae...)
And the prerequisite materials are processes that are interesting challenges to automate.

Describe alternatives you've considered:
Make the recipes more expensive near the beginning, but have some sort of cheaper way to get the resources later (such as t6 seeds, RFT dimensions, or EMC).

Additional context:
The nerfs to price occurred in 2.8.0. These changes are significant because they actually change how expensive the item is, rather than just affecting machine speed. The reason for emphasizing mystic ingots is because they're the only lightning infusion table recipe that actually costs expensive resources in its recipe; the rest it doesn't change much.

I can never please everyone :(

I guess so. Or you just have not found the perfect balance yet ;)

I did think the recipes needed a change, just not this severe of one. I'm actually still a fan of just having Skyfather seeds in tier 5, though it's not needed now with the massive price changes.

In this case the recipes were buffed because everything was made more powerful ^^

I spent some time thinking, and here's my thoughts.
The problem with the changes isn't really that the changes were too large. It's that you're trying to solve the wrong thing.
The reason lightningcraft infusion is so much of a bottleneck isn't the lightningcraft section of the pack - it's the stuff that costs lightningcraft materials, namely blutonium.
But blutonium isn't too much of an issue either; the reason why it is an issue is how much of it you need for galactic ingots.

Thus, I would suggest the following changes instead of the ones made in 2.8.0:
Skyfather craft output 1->2 (It's still too slow during the lightningcraft sections.)
Blutonium craft output 1->2 (Mystical iron being changed is similar to this, but this ALSO halves the amount of cyanite you need - making it so that the reactors don't need to be sped up as much. With this it would even be reasonable to only have changed the reactors to 2x fuel usage.)
Galactic ingot craft output 5 -> 10 (Galacticraft is the point where everything suddenly gets expensive. You suddenly need tons more resonating gems and starmetal, which is exactly the thing that eats into all of your blutonium, so the point that only the x2 from the last change just doesn't cut it anymore. But instead of changing the cost of starmetal/aquamarine, changing this recipe makes it so that it keeps chapter 23 balanced in a good way, while making chapter 24 (which is the point stuff starts falling apart) a lot more reasonable.)
That's all that's needed. It makes things still take a while, yes (it should take at least a bit of time, to encourage you to properly passive-craft things), but it handles the problems a whole lot better than what was currently done. The changes I suggested here are pretty tame and could be increased to something similar to the current level of speed boost, of course. (Probably by adding an increase to divine underpowder or mystical iron.)

In a similar vein, #476 could be dealt with using stuff to reduce the overall cost of rainbow tablets and draconic cores, like making Corrupted Light Ingots (or draconic cores) craft 2 at a time, and instead using the tier before rainbow tablets in the galacticraft wafers.
