Heavily buff the Tender Ender Blender

Reasons why this should be changed:
There is no reason to make this machine currently as automating it with a mechanical user is much faster and easier

Describe alternatives you've considered:
Removing it, as even if it's buffed you can do stacks at a time with a mechanical user anyway so it might just not be needed
