But the recipe requires a Crystallized Abyssalnite Cluster (crafted in a Crystallizer) as well as a Suppression Core that contains Suppression Reagent that is Tier 4 reagent.

You get your first crystallizer before you can craft it, so the quest isn’t gating you from
