Description:
The Quantum compressor only works when there is an item in the input slot

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put the recipe for a singularity in the quantum compressor (exactly 1000 items, or at least 1000 with unlimited input)
2. The Quantum Compressor doesn't do anything
3. Put any item other than the one you are using for the singularity into the compressor input slot (Can be the same when using limited input).
4. It works now.

Expected behavior:
To work without an Item in the Input slot.

Once the beta release of ExC:OE 1.6.1.2 gets approved by CurseForge you can check it out and it should resolve the crafting issue you are having. Please feel free to reach out to us again if you experience any further issues.

it should be noted this bug prevents you from properly automating every single singularity with a limited number of quantum compressors because you cannot extract from the input slot. this is very frustrating as I do not want any element of the singularity making process to be manual. please fix asap!
