Description:
Every so often my inventory will bug out> I can't move items around in my inventory or it will go back to where they were and I can't place blocks without it placing a block that was previously in that slot. I am playing on a server that I am hosting. This issue doesn't appear to be happening to anyone else. Also I am able to pick up blocks and interact with everyone so I am not lagging.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the game / Start the modpack / Get into a world /
2. Play for sometime whether it is 5 or 30 minutes.
3. Bug occurs

Expected behavior:
I should be able to place and move items in my inventory without an issue.

This is known as an inventory desync. It only happens on servers, when the server loses track of the player. This will happen anywhere (including vanilla), but the chance increases the more data is transferred.
The only fix is to log out of the server, and then rejoin.

Is there no way to prevent dysync because it is happening like every 5 minutes.
