Describe the request:
16^3 and 128^3 spatial components require elementium and awakened draconium respectively. Considering spatial storage is massively underused, it feels like it should use the methodology processors instead so people that like the spatial storage might actually use it.

Reasons why this should be changed:
The 16^3 and 128^3 spatial components come so late they are just not worth using. Considering the 2^3 are too small to really do a lot. People aren't going to want to use spatial storage at all. (Not like people do anyways)

Describe alternatives you've considered:
Replace clearance processor and scheduling processor to methodology processors. (128^3 could be a clearance processor instead as 16^3 is enough for most things)

Additional context:
16^3 and 128^3 quests are in Chapter 13 but are a lot later than that.
