Description:
The watch of flowing time doesn't correctly speed up bewitchment equipment (distilleries and spinning wheels are tested, the others not). It speeds it up for some (varying amounts of) time, but then stops them completely or slows them down to less than normal speed until the watch is deactivated

Steps to reproduce:

1. place a distillery/spinning wheel.
2. place a watch of flowing time on a pedestal close to the station placed in 1 and activate it.
3. place a recipe in the station placed in 1. (You can also place multiple of the same recipe in at once to not have to repeat placing it in 4)
4. the first few recipes may go fast. Repeat 3 until stops going fast.
5. It will either have completely stopped or go very slow.
6. Deactivate the clock
7. after some time, the recipe will continue at normal speed

Expected behavior:
for the watch to work correctly on bewitchment equipment
