Describe the request:
Graphite Bars are too Easy to craft and kinda ruin some ore processing systems

Reasons why this should be changed:
Smelting doesn't even make sense, also it makes scorching heat ore processing units give no coal

Describe alternatives you've considered:
Maybe a Pulverzied Coal -> Graphite Dust would be better, it can also be used as an alternative coke dust to make HOP graphite, and you can get Graphite bars from smelting the graphite dust
